I found myself running late coming back into town and wasn't able to get to the branch to pick up a cashiers check before 5pm. Randy then dropped off the check at the car dealership for me so that I could still pick up my new vehicle and not be left with no wheels after I'd written off my truck!!! Talk about service.... I didn't even ask for help... he offered before I could even think if another solution to my problem. The dealership was very impressed by the service as well. A commercial should be made and give TD a run for their money on their so called service of excellence. Tammy
