Paul Duxbury and Associates is a fee only, fee for service, comprehensive, independent, financial planning firm. We are fully independent and objective because we do not sell any products. This means our only compensation is our disclosed fees. People use our services to help deal with financial changes; such as the sale of a business, inheritance, a career change, retirement, termination of employment, insurance or disability settlement, divorce or separation, death of a spouse or partner, or change in health. No matter what the life event or change, we help people understand the range of options and we help them navigate the various financial adjustments needed. Employers use our services to provide one-on-one sessions for employees nearing retirement and for actuarial services for small to mid-sized pension and benefit plans. We help people achieve personal and financial well-being and we help employers help employees be ready for retirement or other changes.
