Wheelchair In Motion is the leading provider of wheelchair accessible van rentals in Ontario. We enable those with disabilities to participate in daily living activities with their family, friends, and caregivers. From leisure travel to family events, to seeking medical care, we support those caregivers who attend to people with special transportation needs. We make mobility easier. Founded in 2009 John set out to find a transportation solution for people with disabilities that was flexible, affordable, accessible and reliable. Starting with a fleet of 3 accessible vehicles servicing the Greater Toronto area, John has grown the company to 18 vehicles with a base of over 600 customers; many of them repeat business, and servicing areas from London, Ontario to Barrie, to Peterborough and all towns and cities in between. With strong demand to expand to eastern Ontario, Wheelchair In Motion will open its new operations in Ottawa in winter of 2016.
