Welcome Home Rose-Marie Care Home has provided care for our seniors since 1997. We are a small, family owned nursing home, providing specialized Alzheimer’s and other dementia care as well as long-term, 24/7 respite and palliative care. Though we specialize in Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia, we are here for all elderly people who require nursing home care. We also offer a flexible daily respite program for caregivers with a loved one who can’t be left alone at home. Our nursing home is located in Hantsport, just off Highway 101 exit 8 & 8a, between Windsor and Wolfville, in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley. Our 7 bedroom heritage home is located in the heart of the picturesque community of Hantsport, Nova Scotia. We can accommodate up to 9 long-term residents. Our nursing home is fully wheelchair accessible. Bright and charming, the main floor rooms are large and comfortably furnished with views of Main Street on one side and of the lush gardens over 2.5 acres in the back. We have a large, ramped deck for our residents who enjoy being outside. We are a non-institutional nursing home. Our light filled, spacious family room is equipped with a piano, large screen television with cable and internet access. This room is also used for live entertainment, social and spiritual gatherings. Each room is a good size with its own bathroom. Our residents are invited to bring their own furniture and belongings to decorate their room with memories. Furnished rooms are also available at no extra cost. $3950 pm
