By Banky from SurreyWorst customer service I've ever had.The optician there, LT, is the worst, rudest, most impatient, most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in a store. Hangs up the phone on me and calls me 2.5 hours later, doesn't even apologize, talks to me like a child, gets openly annoyed as soon as I have to ask her questions. I would not recommend Vida Eyecare as long as this person works there!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
