Emailed complaints and was advised they were never received by management even though the broker said u forwarded them. they refused to contact my insurance company on my behalf and made ignorant statements and made fun with a already terrible situation, I found them completely unworkable. any other company from my research would have made the change with 10 days notice, here today without insurance because they were non helpful and beyond rude as well as uncaring.-
