As Founder of Trusha Desai Innovation Management INC., I do financial and small business consulting, bookkeeping, innovation management, GST and tax. I run a niche boutique bookkeeping service for small and medium businesses. I help startups look at the big picture while I provide the strategic planning. I specialize in designing and preparing customized financial statements, budget preparation, budget-variance analysis, cash flow projections and management. I am also responsible for GST, accounting, financial analysis, business development, public relations, brand recognition and innovation management for my small business. I do full-charge accounting, payroll, T4's, preparation of lead sheets and year-end working papers, bank and year-end reconciliation, GST / PST and other government remittances.
