By Neighbor from WinnipegStay clear - Owner is dishonest.I brought a watch in to have it professionally cleaned. I also agreed to a new crystal, both for which I was asked to pay for up front. When I picked up the watch the crystal had clearly not been replaced, they claimed it was scratched 'on the inside'. I can feel the scratches on the outside but they refused to refund money for a new crystal that they did not provide. DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you like being lied to and have like to pay extra money for nothing.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
