    BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE SHOES IN WINNIPEG BY FAR!
    If you need shoes there is only one place to go in Winnipeg and that is Canadian Footwear. The staff just don't work there they are extremely knowledgeable and get care and time to ensure that the footwear that you are purchasing is the right pair for you. Their prices are in line with anywhere else but the knowledge and care that they take with their customers would be well worth more. Generally shoe stores hire SALES people who's only concern is getting you to purchase something for their commission. No so at Canadian Footwear! I usually don't write reviews as only negative people tend to do that but I can only tell you if you are buying shoes anywhere else you're wasting your time and money.

    poor quality workboots do not buy here unless you have money to throw away!
    I purchased a pair of boots that fell apart in less than four months store wouldn't do anything other than send them back to manufacturer who after 8 or nine weeks refunded the price but store wont give it to me only store credit so I am being coerced into buying another pair of shoddy boots.After this happened I talked to two other people who had purchased boots from here one was lucky and boots fell apart in under two months other wasnt so lucky happened in the 6th month.
