    Terrible service. I've been waiting 2 weeks for my appointment which has already been changed 3 times so far and now today I was called an hour and a half before my appointment to be told it has been scheduled for November 6th. Which means I will have to wait another 2 weeks, totalling 4 by the time my appointment comes. And everytime I am there I sit for an hour just to be taken to the room then sit for half am hour to see a doctor. It is completely unacceptable. Something such as medical care is not a place for poor service. It is stated in the name Burntwood HEALTH Clinic.
