    Cruise-Connections
    After booking a cruise package with Cruise-Connections in Vancouver and paying in full and having it confirmed I was asked to pay $870.00 more or cancelling and having my money returned. I opted to cancel as I felt the extra charges where inappropriate as I already paid for the full package. Getting my money back was another problem as I was told several times it would be returned to my credit card the next day several times and no one would return my call. This went on for about a month. Finally I got Amex to help and I did get my money back. I would caution anyone booking large money sum trips with this company. I will never go there or recommend them to anyone I know.

    Booked a trip to Mexico. After we paid and booked they charged our credit card a second time 2 months later. This caused our Credit Card company to flag both as fraudulent causing a hold on our card and cancelling the trip. I had to rebook everything. Ready to leave for our trip and they sent us the wrong itinerary with the wrong flight numbers and flight times. it was only lucky we left early that we made our flight. Customer service during the time was poor and I would not recommend them.
