But with the sale to the American company, I have seen nothing but staff turnover, lack of service and extra billing. Apparently, I can not even get a receipt for my condo fee payments or a tax receipt without paying $25.00. Why do I have to pay to get a receipt? It is not a duplicate one.... Stay away, the managers are rude and inexperienced!
By wayne from New Westminster(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)very very poorI have to agree, managers do not respond, there is the strata property act and then there is there version of the strata property act,and then there is the very poor service they give but they will buy donuts and coffee for our agm, xtra fees r forever management fees for any upgrades, they do nothing for this money, all said this company sucks. do not even consider them and they changed there name to fool u, they r now called associa british Columbia, Inc I am thinking because they have such a poor reputationNo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By donna from New Westminster(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)management company that doesnt respondthis is the worst management company ever. the managers do not manage the problems at all. they make excuses and don't respond to problems from owners. stay away from any building that uses them or you will end up spending so much on repair because there is no upkeep of the property. the caretakers that are supervised from them are lazy and ineffective but protected by the managers. I live in a pig pen.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

They do not manage anything but your paychecks into their account. Horrible people with no interest in being professional or useful in any way. Seriously this will likely be deleted, but if its not take my advice and Google them. You'll see their actual reputation.-
