Angela Pallan, the Founder of Angela Pallan Counselling Services specializes in offering Individual, Family, & Couples Counselling. Her approach to counselling is to provide an emotionally safe place for you to talk openly about what issues are bothering you. Angela Pallan’s counselling sessions include: marital counselling (using CBT and Gottman Level 1 and 2 to help enhance communication, look at grid-locked problems and look for possible solutions, and get a better understanding of one another), family counselling (psycho-education in parenting skills, understanding the importance of attachment, parent-teen conflict) and individual therapy (helping individuals better manage their mental health concerns, life stresses and other factors that get in the way of living a healthy balanced lifestyle. She works on their personal issues such as assertiveness, self-esteem, work on decreasing their anxiety, and help set personal boundaries, build communication skills, reduce stress and help cope with depression.
