By Brian from Maple RidgeFamily CourtA judge in Family court yesterday took a notation from a woman and used it as a court order from a judge banning a father figure from going to the school of his stepson to give contact information and receive reports, as well as a no contact order to the dad, which had been denied in the past by another judge that presided over a two day hearing, under a fit of mean and unfounded malice, not even addressing the issue that the man brought to the courts attention of mental and emotional abuse by the Mother as well as her not seeking help for the child. Judge decided to fry this man's hope of getting any help for this special needs child and decided that he has to put in an appeal to an order that was never made. And its addressed by sending the sheriff, 15 of them, into the court room when the man object ed to such treatment. Not only were his issues not addressed, he was pushed out as being a guardian and father figure to the child by this judge even though he at one time was the child's Primary caregiver. Teaching the child to walk, talk, run, swim etc, as well as physio each day to get him walking in the first place. The little boy, was born with No muscle tone in his body and needed lots of work and his dad did this for him and was a stay at home dad for all of the time they spent together, 9 years. To the child Dad is Dad, That's his Dad, and they had a wonderful loving relationship until dad had to move. Mom, angry and full of hate has kept the child from him at all costs , even the cost of the little boy's thoughts and feelings. A court counselor interviewed the child and it was apparent the Mom has been talking very badly about Dad to him Over and Over again as it says in the man's report to him of the child in question.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
