B&B Homes was originally founded in 2002 by Bruce Loewen. Since then the company has gone on to build over 65 RTM homes that have been carefully shipped throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta to new home owners. Bruce moved to British Columbia in 2006 and sold the family business to his son, Travis Loewen, who has been maintaining the company's original philosophy and vision to build good quality homes while making sure the relationsip with the cient always comes first. The company has a devoted team of experts that can take dreams and turn them into reality with carefully constructed plans. B&B Homes recognizes the importance of each request since clients know what they want for their dream home. The B&B team isa always open to new ideas! The company uses Co-construct software for each build so clients can track the progress of each major milestone and communicate every detail in one place. The software streamlines the process for clients who make selections and secure purchases on their own time and can view each stage of the build in their own personalized photo gallery. All homes come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery from B&B Homes. Customers are additionally covered under the New Home Warranty Program, removing the need for any concern about the new custom RTM home. B&B Homes is also a member of the Saskatoon Home Builders Association. B&B Homes works with only the best trades available making sure each build maintains the same excellent quality that the company is known for.
