Abana Estates was established in 1998 by Mr. Sharam Rad. The company started out by investing in Vancouver residential homes. Abana Estates purchased older homes and gave them renovation, turning run-down structures into beautiful, remodeled residences, with tasteful interiors and state-of-the-art appliances. These rebuilt homes were then sold to buyers who marveled at the quality of the renovation and reconstruction work. This led Abana Estates to focus purely on renovation and residential construction work for its clients.For the last 16 years, Abana Estates has been helping Vancouver property owners and investors create their dream homes. We help clients in the construction of residential homes, and are involved from the initial design and city permit phase, all way to the building and the final inspection stage. For owners of condo and luxury homes, we handle all major renovations, including interior and exterior remodeling, room & kitchen upgrades, and room additions. We take a collaborative approach in all our project work, and consistently exceed client expectations. Since 1998, we have handled housing construction and major renovation projects throughout the city of Vancouver, as well as West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and Burnaby.
