By Anelka from Dawson creekCustomer ReviewI spoke with the management and they were wonderful! They got us booked in within a few days. MOOSES coat was beautiful soft, & smells amazing ! When we took out dog home we noticed a few nails were cracked and a few were missed ( so I thought) when I called and spoke to management again she was apologetic and said that the back paws don't grow as fast so there were a few that she felt did not need Clipping. We clipped them and fixed the broken nails as well. We took him there so we wouldn't have had todo it ourselves but I think in the future we will be doing it at home. Everyone has different judgements and different views. I just wanted to ensure that if your booking then make sure you are giving full detail to what you wang done ( we has to ask to have his ears cleaned, I honestly thought that was part of the grooming aspect. ) It was $50 so a very decent price out dog is 110 lbs. I would recommend for a shampoo & ensure you look over Their nails before you leave. She was again professional , curt, and to the point. I give her customer service a 5 :))-
