    Shady business practices beware! I was given a loaner truck through enterprise as mine was at the auto body shop. I received a phone call on the morning after picking it up telling me I needed to return the truck and switch it out for another one as they had a reservation on the one they loaned me. Upon arriving at the location with the truck I was informed they did not and would not have another vehicle for me. I was with my 6 year old child who had no coat even and it had started to rain (we were thinking we were just running the truck back and coming right home!) I inquired how I was expected to get home and got a "tough luck not our problem" response. We literally were left to walk home! Absolutely appalling customer service no apology no offer to call another location nothing! I have rented from enterprise in the past and had good experiences but needless to say I will NEVER use their services again. I will spread the word as well this was completely unacceptable. Oh ya and the real kicker? They had given me the truck with an empty tank of gas and I had just gone and filled it up the night before. No compensation on my $90 or anything. What kind of operation are you running enterprise?
