    Appalling service
    My stepson just bought his very first car 2 weeks ago. Locks his key in his trunk and calls this company. He is told $20 on the phone. The so called locksmith takes a drill and completely destroys the trunk lock despite being asked to stop. That still doesn't open the trunk. All he said was "let me do my job". Then he tries to drill through the lock on the back dash. scratches and destroys that lock as well. Fails again, so he gets a crowbar from his Tucson suv and prys open the back seat bending it all out of shape. Reaches in and grabs the backpack squeezing it through the small opening. Swears that a skateboard is in the way calling it filthy. THEN HE CHARGES $200!!! Claims that he worked hard for 3 hours. He damaged the car in 45 minutes. DON'T EVER CALL 780 LOCKSMITH.

    Terrible. Don't use them. The installer provided me with a 700.00 quote and then charged me double. I asked for deadbolts and they installed locking doorknobs - upside down, I might add. They broke hardware that I clearly informed them I was going to install in a garage and then didn't tell me they smashed it off because they didn't know it required an Alan key to remove the piece. They had to send an emergency installer later that night when the bolt wouldn't disengage from the door. I ended up hiring another locksmith to fix what 780 was supposed to come back and fix the next day. The whole time the installer/owner was rude and dismissive of my complaints stating "it's good, it's good" during the appointment and then outright lied to my husband when he did return two days later stating that I chose mismatched hardware and doorknobs. Unbelievable! Go to A1 and avoid 780 like the plague.
