    Room smelled of cigarettes, pool never did work, ridiculous move out charges, I mean absolutely criminal, put in move out notice on the second, was charged a whole additional month because notice wasn't put in on the first, then charged a 100 a month for every month I was there for leaving contract early, I'm OK with that, then charged an additional 500 as another fee for leaving contract, congratulations ranchlands you got an additional 2200 out of me and I wasn't even living there. Would never come back or recommend to anyone, just absolutely ridiculous only reason I scored a star at all is because I have to to leave review
