By Dian from KamloopsSlow, and hard to reach - lacks professionalismHarold surveyed our property more than one year ago, but has provided no papers to demonstrate this survey. We have tried to reach him on numerous (five) occassions. One time when I did speak with him, he said it had to wait as he wanted to make changes to surrounding properties as well. I agreed but asked for a letter at least identifying what he had done and what he was waiting on. Now we have waited one year since the survey and three months since the last time I spoke with him. The probelm perhaps is that we paid cash. I have left messages but he doesn't even return my calls. I just want the land survey papers! Or a Letter saying it is forth coming - but both seem to be too much to ask.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
