    Cloud Bed
    I purchased this bed from Rogers on St. Albert Trail and I am not very happy about the service that was provided. Considering I paid $3000 for this bed you would think I would have received much better service. I was told by my sales rep ( NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION NAME UNFORTUNATELY) that my bed would be delivered on Wednesday and when at 2:00 pm it still had not shown up I called Rogers and was told that person had not even bothered to add my name to the delivery list for that day so I never received it. The mattress oover they sent me was terrible (very rough). The legs that were provided were too long and when I asked my sales rep for a different set he wanted to charge me an additional $50.00. Once he made the sale he became unavailable. If it wasn't for another sales rep I would have cancelled the sale. He arranged for my bed to be delivered on Thursday and for that I was extremely grateful. However, as for my Sales Rep, he needs a course in Customer Service because in my opinion, he STINKS! One final note is my girlfiend was with me when I purchased the bed and she also had decided to purchase the bed once she saw mine at home but due to the attitude and customer service I received from this Sales Rep she has decided to go to another company.
