They sold us a bad projection bulb we called them the first day we got it to tell them this. We took it back a few days later I wanted my money back because I believe they baited us with a bad bulb. Of course with their 90 day no refund policy they didn't want to refund us which is very bad business since I believe they knowing sold us a bad bulb. I had to fight with them as far as I'm concerned if it didn't work brand new they should have the decency to refund all the money we only got part of it back and paid a 25% stock fee .that I believe is also a money grab. Horrible policy since the bulb never worked. We baught a bulb else ware and it works great. Would never recommend japan video to anyone and will tell my experience to others. I don't even want to put a star on this but I have too.-
