    Lived here for one year. Paid my rent on time and respected everyone. One of the the people who was living in the building started an argument over a parking spot and pushed me. I filed a complaint about this incident to the building staff and followed up a few times after that but they avoided me. The landlord made no effort to return my calls or messages. I just want to warn everyone who might consider moving into this building. After I moved out I did not hear from them regarding my deposit return. I called and left messages and finally when I showed up to ask about it in person they said I was owing extra money (in addition to my deposit) because they claimed that they had to repair a wall and charged me for it. This repair/ damage was not listed on the final inspection. She claimed the cost is because a wall had a black smudge on it. I calculated the number and the total she charged me didn't add up with the calculations. When I questioned her on this, she stated that they round numbers. I asked for photos of the damage they claim needed repair and they said they would send me them. I didn't receive the photos and when I followed up in person they said they "lost" the photos. Be very careful and calculate everything before paying for any charges they bill you. There's a constant smell of pot in the building and homeless people sleeping in the main lobby at night (especially during the winter) and some of the other tenants are extremely rude and problematic.

    i would have given zero star but unfortunately its one. The worst tenant experience ever and the way they charge money. The apartments are not that good too.if somebody looking forward kindly have a second thought in mind.

    Terrible place. Homeless in the stairwell, high turnover in the main office, gym is out of date and in disrepair, car break ins, no security, drug use in the parade, non of the advertised amenities work ( like AC) and the center elevator has never worked. I'll be ending my lease asap.
