He comes usually the same day or next day, the work is done quickly and he is always great with us. Price is always reasonable and he lets us know if fixing would be worth the cost rather than buying a new one. When an old appliance is finally ready to be replaced he has been great about letting me know the most reliable choices on the market needing the least repair. I have recommended him to family and friends. It is nice to know when an appliance does need work that I can trust who I call.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By melanie from Edmonton(2 of 4 customers found this review helpful)Dishonest and Disrespectful!A dishonest and disrespectful man and business owner. **Note** Naz's appliance repair business falls under various names, websites and phone numbers including 'Appliance Repair Edmonton' (780)669-2163, 'Edmonton Appliance Repair' (780) 628-6800, 'Dial An Applianceman' (780)473-4767 and (780)964-7861. Naz repaired my refrigerator then proceeded to charge extra 'fees' in addition to his regular Labour fee. Naz did not provide me with a written estimate nor an itemized receipt at time of payment on the day of service, but instead emailed me a receipt the following day. It was at this point I saw the fees. I contacted Naz requesting a refund of these unexplained fees. He refused and instead said (yelled is more accurate) that he would return to my home, remove the part from my fridge that he replaced and I could hire a new repair person in to fix my refrigerator. I stated this was not a satisfactory resolution at which point Naz hung up the phone. Would never recommend doing business with this man who lacks ethics and integrity.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
