By Mr.Someone from VancouverBuyer BewareDon't trust these jokers, they will do anything for commission. 2 years ago, I went to this store and paid full price for a phone on a regular voice plan on an expired contract. I didn't want to renew the contract and bought the phone outright to maintain flexibility. The snakes that work here, for sake of the heavy commission, decided to renew my contract for an entire new term of 3 years. I have spent the last 2 years with Bell Mobility Cust Service trying to Cancel this contract and they keep telling me that all cancellation fees apply as I am under contract. Bell Mobility even acknowledges I never received a subsidized phone from them or the Bell store, but maintain the contract renewal gave me price protection and allowed me to maintain my plan, a plan I wanted to cancel almost 2 years ago. I have contacted CRTC on the matter but they have no jurisdiction unless I'm under contract and stop receiving service from Bell. Talk about a broken system. I plan on taking CRTC's lack of interest in this matter and Bell's Unfair business practice to my Local MP. Enough is a Enough.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend -
