By Adam from CalgaryTerrible serviceI wish their were 0 starts to choose. Terrible service and unbelievably dirty storefront for a dry cleaning business. Came in to pick up my spouse's dress that she needed cleaned for a bridal shower. My spouse mentioned this very important occasion and the importance in ensuring the dress was cleaned accordingly before releasing the dress to them for cleaning. I came in 2 days later as agreed, and was surprised to see them scrambling to locate my dress. Organization is not high on their priority list. After nearly 10 minutes of searching for the dress, the lady owner of the shop mentioned that her daughter found it and will need a few more minutes to press it. In hindsight, I should have checked the dress before payment and leaving the store, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was mistaken. Later at home, from the looks of the dress after my wife was reviewing their work, it appears that they spot cleaned it and quickly pressed it to give it the look of being cleaned. I left a voice-mail to alert the dry cleaning company of this matter and that I would be dropping off the dress for them to re-clean it the next business day as the final date before the bridal shower. They refused to clean it and would not acknowledge fault. Please be warned of this business. If you value your clothing, please take your dry cleaning business elsewhere. I hope I helped someone thinking of taking their clothing to this business in the future re-think their decision.
