As a woman, I often find that male technicians can be dismissive, when obliged to deal with women, this has never been the case with morEnergy. I have been a morEnergy customer for 7 years and I would highly recommend them. Also, whenever I have a problem with my furnace, they send someone out straight away, which is extremely important in cold Canadian winters. Note: I have a maintenance plan with morenergy, so I didn't have to pay for this visit.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I called morenergy. They answered almost immediately. I was tranfered to an actual person, someone who was sympathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. She made an appointment for a service rep to come by on the same day I called. Twenty minutes later, the service rep rang my door bell. Fifteen minutes after that the water heater was repaired. It doesn't get any better than this. Their rates are low compared to others in the industry and they care for their customers. Thank you morEnergy!! :)Yes, I would recommend this to a friend-
