I left my coach purse, and Danier jacket and told them I was in no rush since I would return to the city in about a months time. The repaired both straps on the purse and refurnished the entire leather piece and looked absolutely amazing. I couldn't see any cracks anymore and the shine finish made it look like brand new. They also added a completely new leather pocket for my jacket that I had requested which turned out better than I expected and the cleaning was perfect as well! I've sent a lot of family friends there and they've experienced the same quality! As for Joni's review I can't bring myself to believe anything he/she said other than the amount of time it took to complete. The work it takes can be very lengthy but it is very understandable and worth it in the end. Look's like you composed an attack based off of 0 truth. Grow up.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
By Gator from Calgary(2 of 2 customers found this review helpful)Awesome Job...I just recently had a great experience with the Leather Master,,,i had a favorite pair of jeans (they were very unique and pretty pricey)..i couldn't part with them.(although they were pretty worn in a few spots)..i also had an extra pair of leather pants i wasn't really wearing.I asked Leather Master to combine the 2.described what i was looking for...a sort of denim meets leather idea..They did mention it could be a little while as they had many many Grads outfits,,of course understandably so.. they called me in 1 week,,to see the progress i was very happy..2 days later they were completed, ..they were exactly what i pictured in my head even better,,i could easily see they took alot of time, work and effort in getting these completed. The man at the store called the woman who actually fixed them ..she even wanted to speak to me on the phone and ensure that i was happy with them.....it was obvious they all took pride in the craftsmanship.She repaired some fraying issues, fixed the pockets, and put in stronger seams. They did a fantastic job and now i have a awesome 1 of a kind pair of pants..Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I dropped off 2 leather jackets for tailoring, one from Danier Leather in Calgary and one very expensive Jacket from Italy. I was told 2 weeks, and when I called to see if they were ready, I was told they needed more time because of graduation season and they were very busy. Fine.... another week and I call..... yes, they said, I could pick up my leather jackets. I go to pick them up. No, still not ready, another week. I go again to pick them up, still not ready. I finally get my jackets, the tailoring was terrible, uneven arms and poor stitching. Also asked one jacket to have a small tear fixed... not done. I wait one month, and I get dirty, uneven, incomplete jackets back. Did I mention one jacket was bought in Italy and was very expensive?! Now it's basically ruined. It looks awful. NEVER TAKE VALUABLE LEATHER TO THESE PEOPLE. Expensive mistake.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
