On the day of our flight, we still haven't gotten our confirmation for our cruise. When we called them, they blamed us for not checking in and having the proper documents. They never sent us our invoice, we don't even know what cruise line we are with! We have been trying to reach our agent for 2 days! Couldn't find her, now dealing with the manager and she's not being the least helpful. Trying to say we should have all the tickets and not their problem. No one ever sent us a confirmation. Never again.-
