Smith Counselling

Smith Counselling was established in 2011 by Caron Smith, who has been a registered social worker since 2001. After obtaining her Master of Social Work, and moving to Victoria, BC, she opened Smith Counselling. Her goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for people to explore their concerns. Caron's work in Edmonton's city core laid the foundation for her convictions about oppression and social justice. She emphasizes compassion and caring, and believes that a relationship between two people is where the healing begins. Caron works with individuals and couples. She treats concerns related to anxiety/panic attacks, stress, trauma, anger, sexuality, depression, grief, communication and sadness.
