    Horrible customer service.
    I really regret buying from this place. My wife and I were looking for a dresser, nightstand, and armoire. There were a lot of stores in the area but we decided to walk in and see what these guys had. We ended up buying from them as the price seemed pretty good and we got a nice spiel how it's all "Canadian Made". When we picked up the furniture, everything seemed to be going well. That is, until we got home and unpacked everything. The dresser was chipped in a few places and had a very noticeable surface scratch on one of the doors. Not only that, the doors of the armoire were crooked, and the nightstand had a chipped corner. This must has been shipped like this because the packaging was in good condition. I called up National Furniture. He didn't believe me at first and tried to convince me that I damaged it during transport. secure cargo. After a long conversation on the phone Pat said he would contact the factory and that someone would call me. 2 days pass and nobody does. I call them again. He says they tried to call me but I didn't pick up. My phone was on the whole time, no messages, no missed calls. He then told me to BRING IT BACK to them and he would resolve it with the factory themselves. I said, that's not fair, we paid you $2,400 for brand new furniture, what we got wasn't brand new by any means, now you want me to bring it back so you can look into it??? He then told me, "sir, do you want me to help you or not?" I asked him for a refund and he laughed and said no. I was floored. So I decided to wait again. Nobody called me. I am done dealing with these people. At this point I will have to sue them to get anything at all. I had a bad vibe from these people from the start. From my experience with them, you can't expect to get any service after the sale because once you've paid them, you're pretty much screwed.
