Used it for an hour, then it stopped working. I brought it back. They said it had to go thru they're repair counter. Three inconvenienced weeks later, I'm called in to pick it up, it's given to me without the bag. They lost the bag. Two weeks later, still no bag. In fricken credible. First of all, they should have given me a new skill saw right then and there when I brought the broken one back and avoided all this delay of going back and fourth there 4 times over a months span. I was so inconvenience for 3 weeks without a second skill saw during the busiest times of the season. I brought this up to a sales guy. He says "there's nothing we can do, it's dewalts fault". I then bring it up to the manager 2 weeks later, he says I'll get to the bottom of this. 3 hrs later, he calls to say your bag has arrived. Bull shit, a bag was taken out of a new skill saw box. The way it should have been done 4-5 wks ago. This is all about principle now. No credit, no gift card, no nothing. No thanks. I drive by that place every morning before I go to work. Unfortunately because of they're situation, I now will be passing by every morning on my way to work. Hello Home Depot. I'm back.-
