This is the 3rd time having this problem! They say the order wasn't placed but I have the phone bill to prove the call was made! Their customer service is disgraceful and to the lady with the cleaning service problem! I've been there as well! Canceled the service! Needless to say this will be my last purchase with North Atlantic :(
By glenna from St Johns(1 of 1 customers found this review helpful)Cleaning of my furnaceI PAY A YEARLY FEE FOR CLEANING OF MY FURNACE IT IS TO BE DONB EVERY YEAR IN OCT EARLY NOVEMBER ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO IT NEVER GOT DONE TILL JAN SO I PAID A YEARLY FEE BUT NEVER HAD IT DONE THAT YEAR . NOW ITS GETTING LATER EVERY YEAR AGAIN THEY TELL ME TO CALL IN JAN AND I DID AND NOW ITS MARCH AND STILL NO CALL ABOUT A CLEANING I AM GETTING SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE OUR MONEY BUT DONT GIVE US OUR SERVICENo, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

Three months later, still no propane filled up. Ask them to remove their tank, yes they will, with $130.00 fee. I say that's crazy, I'm told to pay it to remove it, if I don't remove it, then I'll have to pay the yearly fee or else my credit will be damaged because they'll report me....WOW, talk about customer service!!!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
