They have truly no customer service ethics, managers don't return your calls, they install your awnings late, they installed them wrong, to which I had to shovel all winter and I spent my 1 week vacation in the hospital because my mother slipped in the driveway, hit her head and almost broke her arm due to this company's lack of timing. The funny part is that they sent me a ridiculous letter at home offering me a 5% discount. To their stupidity. This is how they repay their loyal customers. I DO NOT recommend this company and I can guarantee you, I will not be paying this year's bill unless the CEO and manager of this company come and disassemble my awnings this year. I have a piece of my mind to share with both of them. They are too afraid to return my calls.-
