By Monica from Mont-Royal(0 of 1 customers found this review helpful)WOW - MY DESIGNER CLOTHES WERE RUINED....DESTROYED RATHER!IT'S TIME DRY CLEANERS TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CLOTHES THEY RUIN!! Am I angry, you BET! I took 4 designer label items to be dry cleaned, freshened up rather, to this dry cleaner who completely destroyed each piece. They were all delivered in PERFECT condition and were received back with burns, scortches, multiple stains, bleach-like spots...really incredible. I was leaving for vacation, and when I went to pack these items, I could NOT BELEIVE what I found. They, of course, have tried to tell me that I brought the clothes to them in this condition, that there is no reimbursement, and basically, TOUGH LUCK! A silk sweater (by August SILK) was delivered to them brand new and returned shrunken, burned in various places and pilled. Two designer blazers were returned covered in stains, marks and a blob of chemical gunk....and lastly, a pair of Holt Renfrew pants were received back with a 6 x 6 scorch mark on the leg. Everything ruined by the dry cleaner, a drycleaner without integrity, dishonest....who by the way, rather than take any responsibility of what THEY DID, told me I was dishonest. I will be preparing a letter to deliver to every neighbor I know, and engage legal counsel as a matter of fairness and with the consideration that they were not only insulting, but refused to even listen or acknowledge that they had done anything. Beware of all drycleaners....have them sign your receipt that the clothes were received in good condition...in the event that this happens to you...and for your own sake....AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER AT ALL COSTS...IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU NOT ONLY YOUR CLOTHES, BUT LEGAL FEES AS WELL.-
