    MICRO B - Terrible Customer Service
    The results might be OK but don't bother asking the owner to explain the results report. The owner is impatient, arrogant, condescending and contradicts himself. He should stick to the lab work and leave someone out front that has better manners and less "attitude". When I complained to him about everything here, he wrote back "Merci" Clearly, he does not care - if you can, go else where (pool place perhaps or research using Google). This guy does not deserve to be in business. S.D.

    SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!! ATTENTION
    Bonjour, Je ne conseil à personne d'aller chez Micro B. Le laboratoire a volontairement jetté mes résultats pour les tests d'eau potable. Je suis retournée quelques semaines après avoir payé 200 $ pour les tests et on m'a répondu qu'ils avaient jetté mes résultats aux ordures. La raison? Cela m'a pris plus de 2 mois avant d'aller les récupérer!!!! J'étais parti en voyage!!! Ils ne m'ont jamais envoyé de courriel pour m'en informer ou tenté de me contacter d'une quelconque manière. J'en reviens pas d'avoir payé 200 $ pour du vent!!!
