By Emilie from MontréalTerrible renters experienceI rented an apartment in one of the buildings owned by Maureen holdings, and the building was terribly run. There were rodent problems, and construction going on it the building, with construction noise so loud is shook the apartments, 7 days a week, starting at 8am. And they would enter our apartment without giving us notice, once my roommate woke up from a nap to find an exterminator in our living room, that was let in without our consent or notice. And the landlord, head of Maureen holdings, Lloyed has made it clear he does not care about his tenants. When tenants brought up concerns like these, he was dismissive and rude, and denied that there were any problems. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
