I hired MB Designs for my wedding decor and was very disappointed.
My bridesmaids bouquets were scheduled to arrive at my house at 11:30am. When they finally arrived at 2:00pm, there were only 5 tiny bouquets, for 6 bridesmaids! I had asked for my bouquets and centerpieces to be pastel colours with lots of greenery, but this is not what I received.
Most importantly, my ceremony was scheduled to begin at 5:00pm, but MB Designs did not finish building the chuppah we were married under until 5:30pm. My guests had to wait in the front lobby and couldn't be seated. Even when guests were seated, employees were still working on the chuppah. Some of the things included in our contract (like decorating the cupcake tower with flowers) were not done at all. Marla was not there, and we could not reach her over the phone.
The stress of having no flowers, then not enough bouquets, then no chuppah at 5:00, was really unnecessary.
Marla did refund 1/3 the cost of the flowers, but did not explain what had happened.
You only get one wedding, so its very important to hire a professional who can get the job done right every time.
