By Douglas from Ajax(4 of 4 customers found this review helpful)LINCOLN TAXI - Don't Use This Cab CompanyIn the early morning of April 27, 2014 at 3 am my 19 year old daughter was picked up at Willer Ave and Sullivan in Ajax by one of Lincoln Taxi cabbies. Part way home my daughter asked the cabbie if he took Visa. He said no and kicked her out of the cab at Westney Rd and Rossland Rd. YOUR WEBSITE SAYS YOU ECCEPT VISA. We live at Rushworth and Audley Rd. To make a 19 year old girl walk over 40 minutes at that time of morning is totally unacceptable. It was minus 3 degrees and she didn't have a coat. I called your office to talk to someone and gave your dispatch a description of the cabbie. (White male around 40 years old, red baseball cap driving a dark colour car) He said he knows who the cabbie is and then said call back Monday and talk to the manager, also I have another call coming in and hung up. What the hell is going on. Do you not care about your customers?? Jeopardizing the safety of your customers is unbelievable.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
