    Laurier Homes - Buyer Beware
    I bought a home in the Windsong project. This started in Dec of last year when they gave the keys of our house instead of another house to the hard wood remover. We had just finish upgrading to hardwood ourselves and had the whole house cleaned including the vents. The hardwood guys came in and ripped out all the hardwood in our landing, which we did not request. When I called to have them reinstall the hardwood. Renee Seon, which is the customer rep yelled at me like it was my fault. They would not work with my schedule and so I had to get someone to supervise them when they were installing the hardwood.

    I specifically told the foreman that the hardwood needs to align with the nosing. That message was never conveyed and they installed the landing wrong. So the installer had to rip out the hardwood and use my personal hardwood to finish the job. My simple request was to have a box of replacement hardwood ordered and delivered to me. That request was put in December but that was never ordered. I emailed Renee on Jan. 7 asking her about the status of the hardwood and I was told it will be ordered. I've gotten promises that the hardwood will be delivered numerous times in Jan, Feb and Mar but it never materialized.

    This is so ridiculous, I've taken time off on numerous occasions to wait for this so called hardwood delivery. I have yet to receive this hardwood.
