By Susan from Toronto(4 of 6 customers found this review helpful)Worse than ever!Extremely disappointed by the attitude, specifically, luck of response and communication between teachers, the owner and parents. You will be prompted to pay additional fees for EVERYTHING, including gym, music, preparation for the holidays (2 hours per week your kid will spend learning holiday verses and songs, so-called rehearsal, and you will PAY!!!), they will ask you to pay for the books, which you will only see at the end of the year. My child have been attending the daycare for 1,5 month, and i have seen only 5 pieces of art work during this time, always being told, that the work "is drying, not finished yet and will be exposed later" - never been exposed though so far.. When I asked to see my child's progress, i.e., working sheets, workbooks, her current writing and counting practices, I have need told, that they "don't have to waste their time for this, they will show it to me AT THE END OF THE YEAR, I don't need to see it and, finally, they don't have a right to do it"! I DON'T KNOW WHAT MY KID IS DOING DURING A DAY, nothing about the learning process!!! All the teachers show wide smiles every time you try to speak to them and keep sending me to the owner, like they are not allowed to discuss anything.. And only one teacher has nice English pronunciation, though I was told, that all of them grew up in Canada. A whole bunch of lies! The owner position herself as an high qualification, educated professional and will go nuts every time you ask anything about the teaching process, like this is "non-of-your-business-manner, and I am the only professional here". Frustrating and stressful.. Would NEVER EVER recommend the daycare! Unless you don't really care of your child and school.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
