Advice: if you ever live at Dawson properties and have any issues-do not call them and dont go to their office! Intuitively, you might think that would make things going faster, but IT IS NOT THE CASE! They dont care about that! Submit a maintenance request form-that is the only way to get them doing something about it rather than getting ever lasting promises that your complaint is sent to the appropriate person-it never happens! Also, know your rights as a tenant! and dont hesitate to take advantage of them and defend yourselves! If there is something outstanding going on-go ahead and submit complaint to municipal institutions - they afraid of that as of fire!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
