By Disgusted Customer from Richmond Hill, ON(4 of 4 customers found this review helpful)Business owner screaming at clientsMy wife went to this store today to buy a fur coat and spoke to one of the owners Richard (Riccardo). He advised her that the ticket price for the fur coat she was interested in was $595 and was prepared to offer her $95 discount to $500. My wife had to leave and when she came back she found another employee at the store who advised her that in fact the ticket price for the coat was $545 (not $595 – red flag #1!). My wife asked for the same discount of $95 to the total price of $450. Another employee wasn't able to offer such a discount however they agreed on half-way price of $475. As my wife was driving home from the store, Richard called her screaming (red flag #2!) and accused her of lying to another employee about the discount he had offered earlier and gaming another employee. My wife tried to explain the situation but he wouldn't listen and kept being rude (red flag #3!) so she had no choice but to hang up.
This is the way this store treated my wife so if you choose to use them please do so at your own risk!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
