By Mark from TorontoReally horrible customer serviceWhen our new vacuum broke we were told by the manufacturer to go to A2Z Vacuums. So I dropped it off and was told to call back 30 days later, which I did. The man was so rude to me when I called back so we called the manufacturer back and discovered A2Z hadn't even put in the claim yet. Took a month to sort it out but eventually we got a new vacuum from the manufacturer. Will never go to A2Z again, the owner is one messed up dude! Avoid at all costs!No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
By Pat from West TorontoTerrible customer service and abusive attitudeWhen I called regarding replacing a broken vacuum roller, the person researched the information on the computer. He talked constantly to himself confusing me as I couldn't determine when he was actually talking to me. I asked if he could not talk out loud and he became extremely angry and abusive and hung up. There are only two vacuum shops in the area and I'd rather spend the money to buy a new one than be exposed to such terrible customer service. He should be ashamed of himself.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
