By Joan from HamiltonDisrespectful, rude treatment of disabledI have been taking my car to this car wash for years as have some of my friends. This week I took my car in for an ultimate wash. When I pulled up I asked the attendant if he could spray on a treatment I had in the car for my windows that helps clear rain off. You just spray it on and then dry the windows. Drying the windows is what they do anyway. He said "no problem we have that spray here. Just tell them inside and they will do it for you". When I was paying for the wash I asked the attendant and he curtly responded " you can do it yourself at home, we're busy today." (there were no cars in line after me). I told him I was disabled and could not reach the centre of the windshield. His response was "I'M DISABLED TOO TODAY, MY BACK HURTS TODAY". I might add it is very obvious by how I walk and move that I have disabilities and I have a disabled sticker in my car. I was extremely upset that an employee of a place where I had been a loyal employee for so many years could be so crude and calloused in how he spoke to me not only in the words he spoke, but the tone in which he spoke them. I struggle every day in the simple things most people take for granted but this is just adding insult to injury. I am still very upset by the way I was treated. UNTIL AN APOLOGY IS GIVEN AND THE EMPLOYEE IS GIVEN SOME EDUCATION ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AND THE DISABLED I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CAR WASH AND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
