For the most part this office has a pleasent atmosphere. My first initial meet & greet with the doctor went great, hes easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say.

Reception on the other hand needs some serious training, no questions asked. Its common now for any office to call the day prior to remind or confirm appointments, from my experience they dont do that here, nor do they follow up with important matters that they say they are going to follow up on. One lady is very unpleasent on the phone and ends all conversations with "Ok fine" and hangs up. They just seems extremely unorganized on their part and unprofessional the way they handle their patients.

Its great to have this new medical office here in St. Catharines, us as your patients need to feel comfortable and taken care of when we have appointments or call with concerns & questions.
