Very difficult to book an appointment if no one ever answers the phone. They also have terrible hours. Would not go there and will not recommend.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend

Making it difficult for clients to find. It is also run by one person, and clients are over booked leaving no time between clients if they are late. I was 10 mins late for my appointment due to going through the maze of business offices to find the salon, only to be greeted by an upset store owner because I was 10 minuets late. She refused to do my appointment and said I had to re-book. With only one person working there, the time slots to re-book are next to nothing. Also, I doubt I am the only client to show up late. The staff are unfriendly and not accommodating to their clients.
