Our washer and dryer was under warranty and it took almost 3 months to get it repaired - which is not acceptable. Phone calls were not returned, we’d get hung up on, calls would go unanswered, shipped parts would arrive broken, they'd cancel appointments then show up, they'd make appointments and not show up, they'd show up to the home and not have the required parts, they’d have to order them again and we'd wait yet another week for repairs. On our last visit, when the ‘right’ part was finally received and the repairman showed up (again) at the home, he informed me that he had received the wrong part (again) but that he'd try it anyway. It makes me wonder how well our machine is repaired with an improper part. Had our washing machine not been covered by warranty and had it not been GE that hired them…I would not have chosen this company had I had the choice. Way too many frustrations with this company. Happy hunting for another appliance company.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend
