By Ronnie from TorontoExtremely Unreliable and Poor QualityTHE MOST UNRELIABLE BUSINESS FOR DRY CLEANING. Twice I've been disappointed. The first time I brought in two dress shirts. The shirts were a day late from the date promised they would be ready. In addition to that, the sleeve of one of the shirts were not pressed. The second time, I brought in a suit for dry cleaning. Came to pick up the suit on the promised date, only to find that they were closed at 8pm when their sign clearly states a 9:30pm closure. Upon inquiry of the closure, the owner was unprofessional and refused to offer any discount for the inconvenience. Also, upon inspection of the suit, there were visible strands of white hair on the jacket. In regards to reliability and quality, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BELLA COOLA LAUNDROMAT.No, I would NOT recommend this business to a friend-
